Terms
Three-Way Monthly is a service of WorkingDev LLC. Requesting a first month on this site is free and commits you to nothing. The terms that govern the service are in the written agreement you sign before your first month; these are the commitments it is built on.
The service
- $129 a month for one trust account. $39 a month for each additional trust account. A first month with no prior reconciliation, or months of catch-up, is quoted separately before we begin.
- Each month you send: three Clio Manage CSV exports (Bank account activity, Trust ledger, Trust listing) and the bank statement.
- You receive the three-way reconciliation report: by the 10th business day after you upload the month.
- Where your files don't show the cause of a difference, the report says what we couldn't determine instead of guessing.
Responsibility
- Your attorney resolves each difference and signs. We never touch the account or move money.
- The attorney stays responsible for the trust account and is the only signatory on it.
- We prepare a reconciliation from your records. We don't audit, certify compliance with any state's rules, or give legal or accounting advice. For advice, talk to a licensed professional.
Your files and your money
- A written confidentiality agreement is signed before you send any files. We keep the prior month's report to carry balances forward and delete everything else after delivery.
- Your first month is refundable in full any time before we start, and if we can't complete the report from what you send, we refund that month in full.
